Notice is hereby given that the Lenox Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, August 18, 2021, at 6:30 PM, at Lenox Township Municipal Building, 63775 Gratiot Avenue, Lenox, MI 48050.
The purpose of this hearing is to receive Public Comments on two variance requests submitted by Manchik Properties, Inc., 19-06-13-400-015, 37625 29 Mile Road, located on the north side of 29 Mile Road, between Gratiot Avenue and County Line, from the Lenox Township Zoning Ordinance 2-93, Article 3,
A complete copy of this application may be examined at the office of the Township Clerk during regular business hours prior to the hearing. Written comments on the application may be sent to the Clerk’s Office at the address stated above. Oral comments will be taken during the hearing. Lenox Township will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audiotapes of printed materials considered at the meeting, to individuals with disabilities attending the hearing, upon seven (7) days notice.
