The Department of Public Safety plans, directs, manages, and oversees all aspects of Lenox Townships fire department, disaster response, and related support services. As well as reviewing, auditing, and preparing recommendations concerning the Township’s contract services for law enforcement and dispatching. The departments ultimate mission is to ensure safety in the community; coordinate activities with other departments and outside agencies; and provide highly responsible and complex administrative support concerning public safety to the Township Board.
