• Get Fit every Monday and Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. - healthy chair exercise for everyone
• Bingo and Birthdays - Come celebrate with us on the fourth Wednesday of each month. Cupcakes and ice cream are provided. Many great prizes to win!  A great time playing Bingo and we celebrate everyone's birthday for the month afterwards!  Hope we can celebrate yours.
• Blood Pressure Check - Richmond Lenox EMS Staff join us during our monthly Pot-luck Luncheon (barring emergencies) to check everyone's blood pressure. A very valuable procedure, keeping us informed on our health.
• Pot-Luck Luncheons - Every Wednesday we hope you'll come and enjoy good conversation and lunch. The main course, beverages, utensils and paper products are all provided. We encourage everyone to bring a dish to pass.
• Fitness Walk - You're welcome to utilize the Lenox Township Park blacktopped trail.
