Public Hearing - Marino Family Investments

The purpose of this hearing is to receive Public Comments on a Rezoning Request submitted by Marino Family Investments, LLC, on the following described properties located on the east side of Gratiot Avenue at 28 Mile Road. 19-06-23-300-010, 45.81 acres, 19-06-23-300-009, 5.01 acres, 19-06-23-300-003, 1.50 acres, currently zoned Flood Plain and Recreation to Commercial General and Industrial Restricted.
